Chirra Global Wears Private Limited was established in March 2018. Chirra Global Wears is the Group Company of M/s Chirra Global which was established in 2011 itself.
Chirra Global Wears Pvt Ltd is a Manufacturer and Exporters of Knitted and Woven Apparels Founded and Managed by Mr. A.S. Shanmugavel as a Managing Director, Mr. Kishan Barvaliya as a Marketing Director and Mr V.K Ravichandran as a Finance Director.

We also have Another Company in The Name of Righteous Global LLC in Surat which is The Marketing arm of Chirra Global Wears Private Limited, established in 2016. Chirra Global Wears Pvt Ltd Situated in Tirupur which is Knit Wear Capital of India. We Are Capable to Produce and Export all Categories of Knitted Garments.

Chirra Global Provides an exclusive collection of casual and formal wear for Men’s, Women’s, kids & babies. We are always striving to meet our Client needs. Designing and fabricating as per clients wishes.

We have in-house facilities and we are expertise is initial sample and patterns. We are supplying our customers a variety of premium quality and trendy garment with prints,patches, appliques and embroideries with ethnic and very fine textured hand works.

We are processing our Fabrics in state of the art machines as per international standards. Featuring style, glamour, fashion and trend, we offer our clients a unique collection of garments.

Sampling

  • 1. Collecting customers requirement of fabric and style.
  • 2. Identifying and selection of appropriate source.
  • 3. Preliminary screening by inspection and testing.
  • 4. Forwarding samples to the customers and receiving feedback.

Pricing

  • 1. Analyzing the details in the tech pack and do the costing in software.
  • 2. Negotiation and finalization of price.

Order Progress Process

On receipt of orders based on above, discussing with different departments on process planning, preparation of critical path by highlighting critical stages involved.

Weekly Progress Report

Meeting with Merchandiser, Quality Controller and Logistic staff will be held every Saturday and status will be e-mailed to customers on every Monday. This will enable all the customers to verify their order progress.

Quality Assurance

  • 1. Testing over all basic parameters for each dye lot of the fabric.
  • 2. Arranging and carry out fabric, size set, in-line and final inspection.

Shipment

  • Arranging vessel for shipment with the forwarders and follow up shipment points for smoother connections.
